Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as permitted by APPI or other laws.

Real Estate Transactions
Personal information may be provided to landlords, management companies, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, guarantor companies, insurance providers, utility companies, moving companies, and payment processors, as necessary for providing Services.
Delegation
The Company may outsource handling of personal information within the necessary scope, and will supervise contractors appropriately.

Currently not conducted. If started in the future, it will be disclosed in advance in accordance with laws.
Handling of Related Information

The Company complies with APPI, other laws, and national guidelines.
Article 14 (Amendments to the Policy)
