About Us

Message from the President

Nice to meet you.

My name is Masayo Mizuno, President of Ieyasu Real Estate Co., Ltd. I was born and raised in Aichi Prefecture. When I fulfilled my dream of living alone at the age of 25, I moved into a rental apartment. I still vividly remember the joy of finding a room that perfectly matched my lifestyle and the excitement of starting a new life in a new place. It is my sincere wish to share that same excitement with as many customers as possible, and I manage our business every day with positivity and enthusiasm. In addition, through partnerships with local government, our company supports individuals who face difficulties securing housing due to various circumstances. Though our efforts may be small, I promise to continue contributing to the revitalization and growth of Aichi Prefecture, where I was born and raised. Our mission is to brighten communities by providing spaces where each and every person can live their daily life with a smile.

My Journey and Roots

Experience as a Nursery Teacher and Kindergarten Teacher
Through creating safe and comfortable environments for children and their families, I realized that the “foundation of daily life” supports people’s hearts.
Administrative Work in the Construction Industry
I learned about the behind-the-scenes of community development and discovered how construction sites and daily life are interconnected. Although land itself does not change, the lives of people and businesses on that land do. This deepened my desire to be involved in that process, which ultimately led me to establish Ieyasu Real Estate Co., Ltd.

Our Promise at Ieyasu Real Estate (Corporate Philosophy)

Choosing “Real Estate with a Face” When making major life decisions, it is reassuring to see the face of the person responsible. At Ieyasu Real Estate, I, as the company president, will be your first point of contact and will support you until the very end.

Why the President Takes the Lead

・To openly explain the background behind decisions, including potential risks
・To present both “reasons to recommend” and “reasons not to recommend”
・To reduce information gaps and support well-informed decisions

Building the Foundations of Daily Life, Together

・Reliable Support Rooted in the Community
We work together with you to consider choices that allow for long-term comfortable living, taking into account regional characteristics, daily life flow, and future outlook. Through services such as rentals, sales, land utilization, and lifestyle support, we help build communities where every resident can live with peace of mind.
・Support for FirstTime Clients and Foreign Residents
We make procedures and rules easy to understand, while addressing cultural and language concerns so you can start with confidence. Our bilingual staff are always available and can provide support in multiple languages.

Hobbies

Cooking

I enjoy coming up with new recipes and preparing homemade dishes using seasonal ingredients. I also love creating dishes for entertaining, and I feel happy when serving meals to family and friends. My specialty is simmered Hamburg steak.

Outdoor Activities & Travel

I love refreshing myself in nature and connecting with local people while traveling. Taking a step away from daily life and making new discoveries gives me energy for my next work. I especially enjoy the great outdoors—such as visiting Hokkaido or going solo camping at a mountain hut in Kyoto.

Café Hopping

I like spending time in calm cafés, drinking tea while reading, or strolling through town and taking in the changing atmosphere with all my senses. One of my favorite café spots is Vincent Deux.
